Second time I have had a package 'sent back' to me. Last time this happened was Xmas and I wrote not at this address and put it back in the mail.
I now have a second class letter with a royal mail sticker saying address incomplete on it so it has not got to Dorset - but the RETURN TO has someone else's name and MY address on.
They aren't a past resident either.
Sticker says prepaid and printed from ebay.
I rang their customer service but they don't seem to know what to do (generic call centre).
a) who do I send it back to or do I just put 'never been at this address' and put it back into the mail
b) anyone have an actual email contact for ebay for concerns as the call centre assistant keeps putting me on hold
Any idea if there is any kind of scam with using others' postal addresses?
