Alexa not playing BBC Sounds or Radio

Is anyone else experiencing this? I always listen to Radio 2 via my Alexa, but since yesterday it just won't play?
Does anyone know why, or how to resolve this? I have tried the usual turning off and on again.

Delete the skill from the app and reinstall the skill.

I couldn't see how to delete it. I disabled it, then enabled it, and signed into my BBC account again, but still nada. It announces BBC Sounds, then silence.

This happens to me sometimes. The only thing that works is unplugging Alexa and then turning the router off, leaving it for a couple of minutes and then turning it on again. When the router’s back online, plug Alexa back in. She should be refreshed and ready to go.

Sometimes Alexa says she is listening then its clear she isnt as nothing plays, i switch her off and on again.... usually works.

I tried this, and the only change is that now she apologises and says something went wrong

Mine does this. It says it’s playing but then there’s just silence. Sometimes it randomly works but it was driving me mad so I use my old radio now instead. Nothing seemed to fix it.
