Metal plug jammed in

Help please! DD has pushed down the plug in the bathroom and jammed it. It's one that pops up when you push down usually but it has no movement now! I'm scared it's stuck forever. 😫

get a small screwdriver or metal nail file insert it at the plug and lever it up.
Works here.

I have a small sucker I use for my LED light bulbs and use that to release stuck pop up plugs
