I fancy my husband more due to his new job

He’s had a new job for about 6 months, but today was the first day I’ve met up with him during his lunch hour and I just felt really hot for him! (I do fancy him anyway, but felt extra today)

I think it’s either because I’m proud of him or the fact that he wears a uniform... which he’s never done before.

His old job took him away for work so I never got to see him in that role. It was weird today. I’m not entirely sure why that feeling came along.

Does anyone else feel like this towards their dh?

When I lived in Hong Kong, the firemen used to do regular training runs near the fire stations. Their uniform shorts were bizarrely tiny and they never seemed to wear a shirt

I frequently used to almost crash my car, goggling at them. Uniform, tan, and ridiculously defined abs. My ex wore a rumpled suit to work. If I ever get a new partner, I want one in uniform

I used to melt for my wife in her safety boots and Hi Vis jacket. She was a cargo agent at Heathrow airport. She also always used to carry a pen perched above her ear. She was lovely and I miss her. She died of cancer in July. 58 years young.

Oh definitely feel this, my husband in a suit in a work environment is definitely hot to me!

My husband is a soldier we have been together 15 years. He's always asked to wear the more formal uniform at weddings etc. I've never seen him in a suit and I really want too.

Adorable! My DH's uniform consists of disgusting overalls which I have to wash, so doesn't quite have the same effect on me 🤣

When my husband FaceTimes me in his scrub and scrub hat I get butterflies 😂

DH is a chef and he looks good in his whites (while they're still clean at least).

Mine's a traffic warden. God he looks bloody gorgeous in his uniform.

Our postie is a grumpy old guy who zooms around on a moped and literally throws your mail on your step. I might show him this thread and suggest he gets a uniform and become the neighbourhood hottie

DH is a scientist, I don’t find lab coats sexy unfortunately :) he does have to wear a smart suit for meeting sometimes fortunately.

My DP is a 6'5 Policeman and he looks hot in his uniform

Haha my DH came home one day in a high vis like builders wear (his job doesn't involve wearing one and it was a one off for something he'd had to do that day) and I was suddenly very very hot for him. I couldn't even figure out why for a bit. Very unexpected!

DH is a policeman in a specialised role. His uniform is hot....very hot.
The first time I got to see him in it I was also at work, I got a bit flustered😂

Mine was a removals driver until this week, I loved seeing him out and about 🥰 he's just about to start work as a lorry driver and I have to say his new glasses make him look very capable 😉

How lovely OP! My ddad was a postie but only for the last few years of his working life - always had a tan, always wore shorts, cheered up all the local old ladies on his rounds...I'm quite sure my mum felt the same as you!

Our postie always makes me scurry out of her way as she zooms about as if she’s on a dangerous mission with minutes left before her mailbag expires. She never fails to yell afternoon though!
