Has anyone else had trouble ordering from Uber eats recently?! I placed an order with Sainsbury’s at 7pm, yet it still hasn’t been collected and is now estimating it will be collected at 9, it’s obviously going to be cancelled as this is not the first time they’ve done this to me then after 2 hours the order was cancelled, after telling me for 2 hours it would be collected, but there is no way to cancel it myself and I can’t order from anywhere else till it is cancelled, 😒 which by that point will be 9pm! Has anyone else had trouble recently

Why not order directly from Sainsbury’s instead?

because I needed a same day delivery and that wouldn’t be for a few days uber eats is suppose to delivery within an hour max

It’s now estimating at 9.25 two and a half hours after I ordered 😕 why don’t they just cancel it! Everywhere will be shut by the time they do. It’s mad that there is no way to cancel it, the man who is “suppose” to be collecting it is 4 miles from the shop on a bike yet I’m only 1 mile from the shop 🤨
