Best kids bank account?

DS wants his first bank ac.
Anyone recommend a good kids savings account?

If he can put in at least £10 a month into savings then the Halifax Kids' Monthly Saver has a good interest rate of 3.5%, but I don't think he can withdraw it until after a year.
