Talking to a guy online seems nice. Texting daily and meant to meet tomorrow but no contact since Thursday. I texted him last night to ask if I'd been ghosted in a jovial way no response.

Yes leave it now. And don't ever ask someone if you've been ghosted - joking or not. If they go quiet, assume they've lost interest. Shrug and move on quickly.

Don't try and analyse motives or anything. It is what it is so just delete number and carry on elsewhere
