Anyone been to the new McArthur Glen outlet place in Cannock yet?

Pondering a trip, hopefully on a Monday. DS is keen (he like brands and sportswear) it's only a 45 minute trip on the motorway but assume it's really busy judging by some of the Google reviews.

Don't mind a small queue but if it's ridiculous I'll leave it a bit. I might have a look in the Haribo shop.

Monday might be OK. We went on a Sunday and the queues were completely ridiculous. We stood for 30 minutes in the queue for the Haribo shop before realising we'd be at least another hour and giving up. Massive queues also for a lot of the designer shops, Gap Outlet and make-up shop, also for Starbucks and Five Guys which were round the block and a lady told me she queued 1h30 mins just to get a coffee. I got some stuff at the Denby shop which was one of the few we got into !

Thanks.Yes, DH's friend went on BH Monday but didn't get into a single shop.

I think we might go and see, maybe get there for when it opens on a Monday or Tuesday while the schools are in. We can always come back (Ikea is also on the way back so could drop in there-although DS will object)
We tend to go to the one in Swindon but that's much further and less direct.
