Which dining furniture shops still have show-rooms?

I've been struggling with online shopping for dining chairs for weeks and have returned two purchases already, one for quality, the other for looks. I really need to see/try before I buy, but many stores have closed down or are online-only. We're in Greater London (Richmond/Kingston area) and have a car so in theory we should have loads of choice. Show-rooms with dining chairs that I know of are:
John Lewis
DFS (incorporating Dwell)
Furniture Village
West Elm
Ikea
... but so far I can't find any chairs that I like. Possibly what I'm looking for (pale grey chairs with stainless steel legs) isn't fashionable right now - most chairs seem to have either wooden or ugly black/coloured metal legs which look terrible under my glass and chrome table. Or maybe stock is depleted due to Covid.

Barker & storehouse in Wandsworth
Cult furniture in Clapham (small showroom)
Perch & parrow in Fulham ie western end of Kings Road - quite a few other furniture shops that way too

Of course the showrooms never carry the full ranges so you’d need to call and check.

Also some places have easy ish returns processes. For example there are these at Atlantic, they will collect returns from you for a cost of £10 which is not bad for the convenience of being able to try them at home and have them collected if you don’t like them.
