I've booked my vaccine but can't find any confirmation - help!

I booked my vaccine a couple of days ago for this afternoon... Definitely booked it, saw a confirmation screen.

However I never received an email or text and when I'm trying to log on to the website I need my confirmation number which I don't have as didn't receive an email.

This may all be my fault but I have no idea what time exactly my appointment is or where it is.

Has anyone else had this and resolved?

You should have had a text. I don't think you will be allowed in without a booking reference.

Have you tried logging into the booking page or calling 119?

The booking page just keeps asking me for confirmation number which I don't have... Sure I didn't receive a text.

May try 119 but didn't want to clog up lines if there was a obvious solution

It sounds like you missed the last stage in the booking process.

Defnitely phone 119. You're not clogging up anything. That's what it's there for.

Oh yes, check your junk mail/spam inbox.

119 is useless BTW, you can't talk to anyone. We tried yesterday.

There's no person to speak to on 119 and it won't let me into the website with out a number that I haven't been sent.

I'll check folders again...

Did you actually submit the booking so you were allocated reference numbers?

I know a couple of people have got to the 2nd to last screen but not pressed confirm/submit so the booking didn't go through.

My e-mails all came through very delayed about 3 days late. I phoned 119 and they gave me the reference number.

If you need to book again copy the screen with the reference number on. Though after my first the booking system cancelled my second saying I hadn't had my first. Then a day later it told me to book my first and second even though I'ld had a first already. Then a day after it said not eligible to book. Then a week or so later it worked OK. I think the system is just overwhelmed by numbers and is taking a while to catch up but 119 was good for getting a booking reference. Anyone booking copy the screen when you book so you have the reference numbers.
