Any genius ideas for tiny kitchen layout?

We need to put in a new kitchen but the layout is difficult.

There is something inconvenient on each wall, see pic.

The door into the kitchen can't be moved. The outer door needs to stay because the washer and dryer is in the coal cupboard outside. I don't want to knock through into that because the path into the house is above the kitchen.
The window needs to stay obviously. The boiler is mounted on the wall and the meters are currently in the wall cupboard. I'm looking in to getting them moved outside but if it's more than a few hundred I'm not doing it, and apparently it's grands.

I'm guessing at the size but I'd say its roughly 10 feet by 5 feet.

I was thinking of a counter along the window wall with under counter fridge and freezer. Then a one wall kitchen opposite. Using wall cabinets as they arent as deep. This all depends on the appliances fitting. Does anyone have any better ideas?

Have you thought about knocking down the wall between the kitchen & the dining room and then swapping them over so the kitchen has the larger space?

I don't really want to do any major structural work. That wall is the front wall of the house so is probably load bearing.

Measure it properly and go to a kitchen supplier, IKEA, B&Q etc. They will design a kitchen for you
