Ok, so last night I picked up a bag of free food via our local Olio rep, including a bottle of super-fancy, full-cream, Channel Island milk, best before yesterday. I want to cook with it, and I'm thinking I'll make Pão de Queijo.. but that will still leave me with 3/4 pint....
