What smart phone should I get ??

I'm in my 70s ,have only just started using a smart phone - my sons old phone a Moto E 2nd generation .
It keeps saying it is running out of space and although I've taken loads of photos off it ,it hasn't helped and is slow .
It lacks the ability to have more memory ? added .

So what should I buy ? I use a notebook a lot so don't intend to browse or MN on it . I love taking pics and sending by Whatsapp ,and listening to the radio .
Not really keen on Apple .Just want something fairly basic ,if that exists ? But not too massive or heavy .Is it ridiculous to hope I could get away with spending about 100/130 ??

Would be very grateful for advice .

I find samsung phones/ tablets have been very good for me.
I had a moto and had a similar problem with storage so looked for one with more storage and it's made a big difference.
I am hopeless with technology though

Which recommend this one. Never heard of the make, but Chinese phones seem to be pretty good (if you don’t mind being bugged )
