Hello,
My DD is turning 5 in July and is desperate for a bouncy castle birthday party. We have tried to manage expectations (covid etc) but recently measured the garden and as it’s wide but quite short I’m not sure a bouncy castle will fit. Most are 12 x 15 feet and while it could fit in sideways (our garden is around 16 feet wide but has a bed on one side and raised little play area on the other so 12 feet would just fit but the 15 feet would then cover around half the garden. Given that the rest is a small patio with table and chairs, a shed and some flower beds it will literally be walk through the gate and huge bouncy castle with very little room for parents and kids.
We would only have around 5 guests anyway (+ a parent each) but I just feel like it’ll feel super cramped. Has anyone had a bouncy castle in a small garden and did it work? Any other ideas that would be fun but would fit?

This might sound odd, but I picked up a bouncy castle from FB market place as a lockdown wet day activity. (In the barn on farm).

It's only six foot, Chad valley Argos. Just looked and its 120 new. I paid 40. No idea how much to hire but it's a really good size and we have used it a lot.
