I’ve never normally had problem with Next Directory returns, within the last month I’ve had over £100 worth of returns not credited back to my account.
All the paperwork was done correctly and sticker on parcel. Luckily I kept the Hermes receipt.
When I rang Next they dealt with it promptly, but did say that they could see I’d returned the items but I hadn’t been credited for them! I don’t know if they’re having system problems or I was just unlucky.
Just keep an eye on your account would be my advice.
