Legitimate child modelling agencies

Hi, I am interested in signing my children (one is 3 years old, the other 18 months) up to a child modelling agency that is local to Birmingham. When I'm researching, there seems to be a lot of conflicting information about what makes an agency legitimate, including fees paid etc and I am also finding that a lot of advice seems to be years old. The safety of my children is my absolute priority so I would want it to be where any photographs of them would only be visible to potential clients, via the agency. Any advice would be appreciated, including names of agencies that you consider to be legitimate and ones perhaps to stay away from. Thank you in advance!

I don’t know any names but I do know someone who used to briefly have some dealings with modelling agencies. The vast majority are scam artists who tell you your child is beautiful (which of course all kids are anyway!) then ask you to oh upfront for photos. I’ve known people pay hundreds if not thousands for portfolios etc and never see a penny and all they have to show for their money is some nice photos. Any agency that asks for a single penny up front isn’t legitimate. She said it’s really hard to get into and most kids you see have either been handpicked or are from America. So just have you wits about you and don’t pay ANYTHING up front
