Ideas please for low-calorie snacks

I'm currently calorie-counting and need some ideas for low-calorie snacks and treats. ATM I reach for mini meringue, hard-boiled eggs, fruits, yogurt, nuts and rice cakes. But I'd like to add to this selection. Any suggestions please?

Could you try to get out of the habit of snacking?

Gherkins. you really can't at more than you need to take the edge off your hunger. And air popped corn (I do mine in a microwave in a sistema mug) - barely any calories and technically a '5 a day' too. Ice. Sounds daft but sometimes a tray of mini icecubes to suck is enough to trick you into thinking you're having a snack.

Celery and peanut butter or cheese spread.

NeedATan · 07/05/2021 08:11

Surely peanut butter and cheese spread are not low cal?
