There's obviously way more to it. You don't get tagged and arrested for GBH for a face slap.

I missed that thread but work in this area you definitely don't get convicted of gbh for a slap!

OP was positive that the GF had beat up her DB, all he did was face slap her in defence, and now he's tagged on bail and given a section 20. Hmm
