I’ve just noticed monthly payments to this company from my debit card. It’s a bank account we use very little so I have no idea how they have my card details. Has anyone ever used this company? Any idea how they have my details? I’ve never received any correspondence from them.
I’ve notified the bank, but they have said I need to contact the company to cancel the payment. I have no customer account number or any other correspondence from them. Surely that’s a stupid idea. Why would I give further details to company where I am disputing the payment.
Anyone else been through similar and have any advice?
