Hi all, I need to brainstorm something as I don't want to miss a detail. A freind of a freind who is by all accounts very nice and respectful (ie not likely to trash something) is having extensive building work done and needs a caravan to live in for 3 weeks approx. It's two adults and two older children. We have a caravan which we're prepared to lend out and they've offered to pay for the hire. It's not far from us at all and we see it as some money to put towards work we're going to have done in our house. If they go over three weeks it'll be ok, we still won't need it for 6-8 weeks.
Thing is, we don't know what sort of figure would be ok, and is there anything we need to consider in terms of insurance(they could perhaps add it onto their house insurance temporarily?) A written agreement would probably be sensible-what might you include in it? Thanks in advance for any advice!
