Do you keep a diary?

I regret not keeping a diary through my pregnancy and maternity leave. I wondered if anyone does? As a teenager I used to buy them but never kept them up.

Started as a teen and still going strong many volumes later. Good for getting things off your chest, and reminds you of past worries that have paled into insignificance.
