Help! Salad dressing 😕

Trying to eat more salad (also starting to grow some for the summer). Is there a salad dressing that doesn't taste bitter/sour? I have tried supermarket Cesar one and pizza Express house light and dont like either 😕 is there a sweeter more tasty one? Thank you

Why don’t you try making your own? There are lots of recipes online so you could “tweak” one to make it suit your own tastes. Balsamic Vinegar is nice and doesn’t have a bitter flavour.

Home made vinaigrette is so ridiculously easy to make that I think bought vinaigrette is a con. Just use three parts extra virgin olive oil to one part balsamic vinegar. Add seasoning to taste. If you want it a little sweeter add some sugar or some honey. Just use a jar with a lid and give it a good shake before using.

Are you sure it’s the dressing and not the salad that’s bitter? Some leaves are exceptionally bitter to taste.

Definitely make your own! Look for recipes that contain honey or orange if you like a sweeter dressing. Then you can just keep adding more honey/salt/pepper/oil/etc until you have the taste right. Don’t worry if you make heaps it will keep in the fridge.
