Fed up with Marketplace

This is the second time I have been told an item is available, arranged a time to go and get it, and then told it's been sold! Why do people do this. So irritating. I had quite a bit of banter with the lady yesterday and it was all arranged for me to get the items after work today! Hmphh

It is really rude. To be fair I've also been let down by people saying they're coming to collect and just never turning up so it works both ways.

I don't know if they think I am some sort of weirdo, and back out.
