I am in the toilet, hiding from a 7 year old

7yo neighbour is knocking on my kitchen window. 7yo neighbour is looking for my kids, who, after about 2 solid weeks of being a pain the bum are now happily playing together upstairs. 7yo neighbour's wee brother has a cough and fever. I have asthma and would quite like to continue enjoying my one lockdown advantage of not having had any respiratory infections for a good 18 months, let alone if it's corona. But 7yo neighbour doesn't really take no for an answer. So I am hiding in the toilet. Anyone got any long, interesting stories they want to tell?

Oh I should have said I was ill! That wouldn't put her off though, she's quite insistent. She went away and then came back again, saying it was her dinnertime but could she leave this magazine she got at the bank, as it has pandas in it (DD1 is a massive panda fan)... I feel bad now. But I really don't want to get ill!

I do this daily but from my own son🤣 he doesn’t stop talking and I love him to bits but it can really drive you made .

Buzlightyear one of my kids is like that too! I have to go to the bathroom upstairs where there are two lockable doors between me and her so she doesn't just follow me and keep talking outside...
