Help me set up Disney plus on a LG smart TV

I have installed the app and it now appears along with all other apps. However when I try to log in and get it up and running I get this message. See pic

I do what It says and type the url into my (a) iPad and (b) windows Pc. Basically it opens the channel, I long on and can watch Disney. But it does nothing to the TV. There is no where I can enter the code displayed. It just accepts email and password (have a subscription).

Nothing activates on the screen. Nothing sets up the tv. This screen stays as it is

I couldn't get it to work on my LG TV and had to get a Fire stick instead. But my TV is about 5 years old and I couldn't even find the app on it.

I can get the app on it but this screen come up. I don't think the TV is old as it has installed it. I just can't get this screen gone and up to the log in details. I follow these instructions and I just get the log in and Disney plus is running on my iPad and PC

That's frustrating. Do Disney Plus have online support? Might be worth a try.

I couldn't get it to work on my LG TV and had to get a Fire stick instead. But my TV is about 5 years old and I couldn't even find the app on it.
Apparently Disney doesn't install on LG TVs after 2016 so need a fire stick or through an x box. Mine is younger and it installs properly but I can't get further than this. It's driving me mad and even when I google this screen never appears.

Well, I've got Disney+ on my LG which bought new in November.

It's things like All4 I can't have.

I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Same screen. Everything is updated Frustrating

Delete the app off whatever device you're using - if iPad double click the home button/swipe up from the bottom to clear the cached apps too.
Then go to the /begin url on your tv and follow the instructions.
If that works you can re-download the app to your iPad and log back in.

I've cracked it! I was putting the url in the search bar not in the address bar at the top!

It works. I can watch the mandelorian 🤣🤣🤣
