Hi All, currently looking into purchasing a property that hasn't even start building yet. It will be completed mid 2022. We definitely want to do part exchange. I was wondering if anyone has any experience buying off plan in combination with PX and if they managed to strike any great deals (extras or upgrades included, stamp duty paid or money off the list price)? I am worried that we might be overcharged because we are so early in the process. Or maybe it puts us in a better position? Would love to have some inputs!
