Please help me find this Waitrose recipe

I recently had a clear out and got rid of a load of old Waitrose magazines. There was one from September 2020 which has a recipe in it for Mexican lamb stew (with cherry tomatoes/chipotle etc). I’ve made it a couple of times and it’s really nice but I forgot to take a photo of it before recycling the mag. I can’t find it online anywhere so I wondered if anyone on here could help me? Thanks.

I don’t suppose you’d be able to work it out from a list of just the ingredients, not even the quantities?

I regret that I can't help - I threw away all of my magazines up until the October 2020 edition!

Was it definitely Waitrose?

I found this which is a list of the ingredients but unfortunately no amounts or instructions.

During my search I found out that there are people selling old Waitrose mags on eBay. £4.99 one person wanted!
