I’ll be voting for Khan, Shaun Bailey is nothing but a liar, no policies of his own & has based his whole campaign around lies about Khan.

MarshaBradyo · 04/05/2021 20:51

I can’t vote for erasure of sex based rights either

I drove past graffiti in ED the other day which said women will not be silenced

I really feel we’ve gone backwards

mimbleandlittlemy · 04/05/2021 20:55

I will end up voting Khan. Ds - first time voter and Labour Party member - is voting for Count Binface first vote and I assume Labour second vote.

Boohooyouho · 04/05/2021 20:59

I’ll be voting for khan. Realistically it’s him or Shaun bailey and as someone who works for tfL voting for bailey would be a really stupid idea. Luckily bailey makes it easy to not want to vote for him.

bubblebubblebubbletrouble · 04/05/2021 20:59

Count Binface first vote & then Sadiq Khan.

SimonJT · 04/05/2021 21:00

Khan.

Shaun Bailey is vile, he is also islamaphobic and anti-Hindu, he has also expressed fairly racist views about South Asians.

OhWhyNot · 04/05/2021 22:24

I really don’t know for once have no interest which I’m disappointed about

Khan hasn’t been impressive

I know people who have work with Bailey and praise him highly (not political work)

I may not bother

CommunistLegoBloc · 04/05/2021 22:27

Spoiled my ballot. Couldn't vote for people who don't know what a woman is, couldn't vote Tory. Khan will win though.

SquirmOfEels · 05/05/2021 00:12

I'm shaping up to do as bubble is planning for the London mayoral vote: protest vote first, Khan second. I think he's been a weak and ineffectual mayor, but he's harmless.

I've been looking at the independent candidates, and I don't really agree with any of them (and some have policies I'd never, ever vote for)

Would it be a spoiled ballot if you declined to vote a first choice because they're all so shite?

SquirmOfEels · 05/05/2021 18:22

I've been doing a bit more reading on the independent candidates to work out the best place to put my protest vtote.

Is Drillminister still standing? He's not in the index of the booklet, and I can't work out if any of the other names is him

murbblurb · 05/05/2021 18:30

Binface first to piss off Laurence Fox. Then whoever you actually want.

Deathraystare · 06/05/2021 19:19

@NoToast

Aw shite I might just have given her as choice B. I really should pay more attention to the drivel they all spout!
