Wanted to know more about civil partnerships. Heard of some differences already like that adultery is not grounds for dissolution but curious to know about other things like is the woman partner referred to as ‘mrs’, what happens in the event of a separation especially if the women was a stay at home mum or they didn’t have children but the woman earned a lot less than her male partner, if all assets are split 50/50 at dissolution? any disadvantages compared to marriage? What about wills etc
