What snacks for children

What do you children have for snacks?
Please throw some ideas at me
(Apart from the obvious, fruit)

(she is 7, if this is of any relevance)

Ryvita and cottage cheese
Apple and some cheese /peanut butter
Cucumber /carrots and dip
Bagel and soft cheese

DS 21 months

Banana flap jack.
Fruit.
A few milky buttons sometimes.
Crackers
He also likes to have some cereal in a bowl wit out the milk sometimes.
