What's going on with my 3.5 year old?

Hello usually laid back and well behaved. The last few days hes been badly behaved hitting, sitting down and pulling me. Hes been eating me out and house and home. Using potty ok but we have issues with bowels- he poos in his nappy several times each night! He wants to be home all the time and sit in my bed for some reasons. Any ideas?

My Nan used to say they’re sickening when we used to start acting very out of character or very over emotional when I was little and my ds as in they’re coming down with something or could just be being a threenager

Or a growth spurt? He is acting odd
