I thought that with the rain dampening down the tree pollen that I was in the clear, but nature has seemed to decide today is the day for my first bout of sinusitis!

Despite the lemsip/antihistamines/4 pints of water/berocca I still feel like my head is 3 times the size it should be.

Humph.

I feel you. Stupid woman on the weather this morning said “thanks to the damp weather the pollen count was low today”, while I was sat with a streaming nose, sneezing and a headache / sinus aches. Can’t even take anything otc as I’m pregnant Angry I love summer but the weather isn’t even making up for the hell of hay fever this year!!

Same here, sat with runny nose but also blocked nose at the same time, itchy eyes and light headed/dizzy. Have drank loads of water so far this morning and have now just taken a couple of sinutab. I hate this mix of sinus and hay fever I get over the summer.

Drinking tea in bed could hear my lovely and I’m not being sarcastic neighbour complaining to the builders who are renovating the house between our houses. It’s been going on for almost three months, it’s bank holiday and I think we all thought they wouldn’t be there.

I have a headache and DH is dithering about a purchase we need to make. He researches everything to micro level. I know it may not seem annoying but it can take weeks and this has.

Sympathies I get sinusitis, it’s horrible and I tend to do the nasal rinse with saline method though it’s painful it does give relief.

@MikeWozniaksGloriousTache oh you poor thing! I had a stinking cold last year when I was EBF and didn't dare take pseudoephidrine in case the baby became manic. Hope you feel better soon.
