Can I buy an integrated freezer and use it as a free standing one?

Freezer has packed up and I’ve found one online which seems to suit all requirements apart from it’s integrated. Volume is big enough. It’ll be in the utility room so don’t care what it looks like.

Tall fridge freezer would but one that would normally go under a counter would not

Can’t see why not, it’s only the frontage missing

The door would need some kind of handle fitting

Thanks, it’s a tall one. Will investigate the handle issue.

Buy it, then just buy an integrated door to go with it.

Tall one worked for me, no handle required, they just open like a non integrated freezer with no handle. You just pull the door.

Depends how the door is hinged, whether self hinged or if the doors are usually fixed to a cabinet.
