Posted in exercise/weight loss but afterwards thought I’d try here too as may be busier. I really want to get fitter & healthier but I really struggle motivating myself as I have ADD.
I would like to join a facebook of some sort where people share ideas for exercise & healthy eating. I need some sort of plan to make myself accountable or I just won’t do it.
I am not considered overweight but i have put on weight over the past year and I’d like to lose a few pounds but mainly I’d like to be fitter & stronger. I’ve struggled with my mental health in the past year, am late 40’s and want to feel better about myself. To do that I need to start looking after myself better with what I eat & exercise.
I’ve looked at Team RH, Davina & Les Mills. I don’t feel I need to constantly track my calories & I don’t want a ‘diet’ as I want to just make it a change to my everyday way of life.
Can anyone suggest any groups that might help me? Many Thanks
