PLEASE help with Kickstart universal credit scheme

DD 18 who has ASD v severe anxiety and depression is trying so hard to find a job, they have sent her some to apply for on this Kickstart scheme for young people but the site isnt working. Has anyone else had this problem?? She is so worried so won't be able to apply for these jobs which sound really interesting and also that she will lose her benefits... Tia x

She should just pop a note into her journal saying she can’t access it - ask if they have any other links she can use?

She has put a note down but she said it hasn't been read or at least nobody has replied there doesn't seem to be a phone number to call to get her help 😕
