Covid vaccine - which venues give which one?

Are certain types of venues more likely to give a certain vaccine - for example, are hospitals more likely to give the Pfizer vaccine as it needs to be stored at a low temperature?

How many threads are there on this already today?! And isn’t there a Covid section for this very reason?
The basic answer is no. And most vaccine centres barely even know in advance what supplies they are getting.

Anecdotally, that’s certainly been the case here. Although you won’t know for certain until you arrive there of course. But if a small group of friends and family locally, those who went to the vaccine centre and pharmacy locations all had AZ but DH who got given his appt by GP (as in the CV group) went to the local hospital and had Pfizer.

Meant to add, the hospital did also have AZ. You really won’t know til you get there though as PP said the vaccine locations don’t know til the vaccines arrive what they’re getting on a daily basis.
