I got a wonky bread box today with some in, what would you have with it? It smells amazing!

We love a focaccia with soup.
Roast chicken and salads.
Filled with sundried tomatoes, cold meat, rocket.
Sausage and bean casserole.

Spag Bog
Lasagna

Pop it in the oven for a few minutes and then tear it up and dip into oil and vinegar

InTheNightWeWillWish · 28/04/2021 15:22

Sun dried tomatoes, cold meats and cheese.
Just by itself with oil and vinegar.
Lightly toasted on soup or salads.
You can brush with garlic butter for a side with an Italian dish.
Just generally to mop up anything with sauce.
Or just steal a little bit every time you go into the kitchen (which obviously I’d never do Grin).

More focaccia! Grin

QueenPaw · 28/04/2021 15:24

TBH I was just tempted to dunk it into garlic mayo as it's so soft and smells good Grin
I'm stocked with crumpets now too!

Philadelphia with chives or garlic and herbs!

doadeer · 28/04/2021 15:28

Tear into chunks in oven for 5 mins and put in a nice salad

Fivemoreminutes1 · 28/04/2021 15:49

It makes a great weekend lunch www.deliciousmagazine.co.uk/recipes/easy-focaccia-pizza-bianco/

QueenPaw · 28/04/2021 15:59

You could try making your own.
It's very easy and delicious.

I'm not a fan of nuts so use tomato and onion instead.
