Most people who move into rented accommodation will comply with the landlord's wishes on the amount of redecoration they can do, so if Boris wants to have dinosaur wallpaper in Wilfred's bedroom that should be OK. I gather that Cherie did over the kitchen, so that should be fairly up-to-date. Can't they move their own furniture in; most people do when they move house.
