Lump after blood test, normal?

I have bloods done fairly often for autoimmune issue, but this has never happened before. Occasional bruising but no lump. I had bloods done an hour ago and have come up in a bruised lump at the site, about 2cm diameter. It hurts ! Weird, as the test was fast and efficient as normal and only slightly more painful.

I have shit veins so often end up having a couple of failed attempts before they give up and send me to the blood clinic. I’ve had lumps a fair few times from botched attempts, it’s usually a sign they weren’t very efficient ime.
