Flooring issues..

We had new laminate laid less than a month ago and the joins are starting to lift and warp. The floor was fine at first but has not started to bounce in places. We got it from bnq and its meant to have a 10 or 20 year guarantee on it... Any ideas how I approach the issues with them?

Has it been correctly fitted? Laminate is a floating floor and should be fitted over a level subfloor.

We purchased the underlay they recommended, under that is a concrete floor. Gaps left all around the edges etc as they Instruct etc

Who laid it?

I would call them back to look.... pretty sure it will be the fault of the Iayer... not the flooring.

I've been looking properly now and the edges are looking rubbish

Edges of boards. Not of the whole floor

Get the layer back first and don’t let them fob you off. We’ve had varying degrees of cheap-expensive laminate over the years and it’s never done that.
Click together vinyl on the other hand was absolutely shite
