Blood test question

I was asked to book an appointment for blood tests on the 8th April. There wasn’t any appointments at the hospital for a few weeks.I now can’t make that appointment so have rearranged. The appointment I’ve now got is the 14th may. Am o still going to be able to get the bloods done?

Do you have the blood form? If so then it will be fine ime
If the dr has sent a text link for the blood form then they expire 28 days after being sent.

Thank you for the reply She said she was sending the form to the hospital. I never had a form myself.

The blood form will just be for what tests, as long as not wildly out of date (which it won't be - I'm meaning months) it will be fine.
