Boring but can anyone recommend a good hoover

Need to buy yet another new hoover as they never seem to last in my house!! Can anyone recommend a good one for under £200

Miele C1 for £160. Mins is about 12 years old and still as good as new.

Another vote for Miele. We have Miele C3 4 years on despite our heavy handling it is still going strong.

I love my Shark Liftaway too - it makes hoovering a pleasure after years of a Dyson cordless which was worse than useless.
