Cleaner: how often?

We used to have a cleaner come every 2 weeks for 2 hours, our house was very small (although had 3 toilets). We have since moved to a house twice the size (same amount of bathrooms!) I don't think 2 hours a fortnight will be enough now, but feel 2 hours every week will be a bit much. I was wondering about 3 hours a fortnight, priorities are bathrooms and kitchen. A bit of dusting would be good too.

What do you do?

Do you clean in between?
I would do weekly if you don’t keep on top of it yourself

So we vacuum and clean up kitchen after cooking obviously, clean toilets regularly, but don't actively dig out the cif or duster in between if we can avoid it!

We have 2 hours fortnightly - they concentrate on specific areas (so all 4 bathrooms 1 week and another week mop all floors and hoover plus main bathroom ) in between we keep on top of things with light cleaning - heavy stuff they tend to do
