Constant Upper back pain 38 weeks

I’ve had this ache on my right side of back high up for days now but since today has gotten more noticeable pains are not agonising but are sore and constant I’ve also started to have aches in right side above abdomen below my ribs, have had diarrhoea today as well with bad cramping due to it anyone else had this or should I contact unit?

Is baby normally?

Yes baby is moving fine all day but haven’t felt movement in 2 hours now but i guess he is sleeping as I’ve felt regular movements today and what is normal

Just got a big kick so baby’s movements are fine

Sounds like the start of labour, especially with diarrhoea.
I'd ring the unit even to put your own mind at rest.

Feeling sick today which is strange, back is still sore but not progressing
