Moving to Ascot

Im looking for a rental property in Ascot area but getting really frustrated none of estate agents getting back to me ? Some of the agents i gave them full rental price still no answer ? Isit because im asian ?The reason i want to rent first to know the area ?
Any suggestions welcome 🙏

I experience exactly the same. I offer full rental price and no reply. Since I've complaint they tend to at least come back and give you an excuse. What it's odd, the properties are still marketed. Like you I wanted to test the area before buying. I thing the wrong thing to do was to contact the sales also. If anybody else had the same experience would be good to share it.

Well NadaM ,that's exactly my point was? The state agent don't even bothered to call you back ,Im looking somewhere else now x
