Google is confusing. Can't do much but would like to do something but not sure where to best direct my efforts.

Following as would also like to give. Watching the footage on BBC news last night was heartbreaking. I can't imagine the suffering.

Can you donate to Covax? Although that's more vaccine centred and not specific to India

Pretty sure M S F have been running ads throughout the pandemic .
You can find them online . Y'know " doctors Without Borders "

Some suggestions here (although some don’t take international donations)

I donated to them one Christmas, had a devil of a job trying to stop them pressuring for further donations, even months later. They were still sending magazines years later that would have cost in total way more than the £20max I had donated. I found the whole thing very unethical and i worry if they got their claws into someone vulnerable. I wouldn't donate to them again for that reason.

Have you heard of Khalsa Aid?

Try Khalsa Aid India (Khalsa Aid does work all over the world)

I wouldn't use the WhatsApp personally, but the website etc might help

I had the same issue when I sent them money during the Ebola Crisis.

UNICEF have a vaccination appeal going.
DEC have an appeal at moment and then ActionAid, Oxfam or Red Cross.
MSF are working in India too.
