Hermes - how to speak to someone?

Hello, wondered if anyone could help? I need to speak to a human at hermes but I can't. Both online chat and customer services seem to be run by an automated system and I can't seem to get through to a real person about my delivery. Has anyone managed this? Thanks so much

Firstly, you don’t.

Secondly it wouldn’t matter. If you didn’t send the parcel they won’t speak to you- the humans that is. You need to contact the person who sent the parcel and only they can find out what’s happening.

Thanks so much, will go down that route

Google Resolver . They seem to be holding the proverbial gun to Hermes head and really do resolve issues. Also look at the Facebook pages dedicated to people's frustration with Hermes. Lots of experiences and advice there.

Go around the side of the building next to their depot, hide in a wheelie bin and switch your phone off.

Will try resolver, Facebook and then if all else fails the wheelie bin Thank you

They're are shit. I did get a reply to an e-mail but nothing since. Spoke to the retailer demanded refund and complained that they'd had my money for 20 days so got 20% of next purchase. I will be claiming the discount but not online.
On line retailers should advertise their couriers on the web site, if they did any mention of Hermes would see me purchasing elsewhere.

You can try googling the contact details for your main depo? Not your local one as many of them don't have staff so say your based in South Wales the main depo is Bridgend.
