If you have nothing planned for the day. No work. Kids old enough to entertain themselves. What time do you get up?

The cats normally wake me up at 6am as that's when they are used to getting their breakfast, but I'll go back to bed and sleep until maybe 8 or 8:30 then I'll doze and watch the news/ look on phone until maybe 9 or 9:30 if I have nothing particular to be up for (which is rare at the moment as I'm training to be a teacher so I've usually got coursework or planning to do)

6-7. Every morning. Day off or not. I love it. I was out walking at 6:15 this morning. Beautiful.

Between 10 and 12. In an ideal world my waking hours would always be about midday - 3am, but life doesn't work like that sadly!

Between 7 and 9. Virtually always awake reading from about 6.30.

same time as usual. 7am ish. I can't mess with my sleep cycle as if I do lie in I get bouts of insomnia. I also prefer to be up and about with a coffee on the go rather than in bed

6am because my dog doesn’t understand about Sundays. Grin

About 0430 on a day off. I am a very early riser, it is lovely to see the sun come up at this time of year. 0600 ish if really tired and I sleep in. I have always woken really early naturally. (I will often a have a sneaky nap for an hour in the afternoons at the weekend though if I have time to).
