M & S Salmon fishcakes are they meant to taste lemony?

Sell by is 23 April today....cooked them...the melt in the middle ones with hollondaise...I really want to enjoy these. Just had a taste and they are lemony....or off Grin

Hollandaise is made with lemon juice so that would explain that!

I would be very disappointed if a hollandaise sauce didn't have any lemon in it!
