Bed Sheet Suspenders!

I've discovered these bed sheet suspenders this week, which you use on the underside of your fitted sheet to keep it taut. I currently have a thick topper on top of a deep mattress, and even with a deep sheet it was struggling to stay flat between washes.

These were £8 for four on Amazon, and much better than having to persevere with crumpled sheets or spend £30+ on an extra deep fitted sheet.

It's the kind of random thing that I would read about on Mumsnet, so thought I'd share in case of use to anyone!

I discovered these about ten weeks ago. I use them on DS bed and our spare single ( where DH sleeps most of the time). They are fantastic!

Life changing in my house, I am like princess and the pea with my bed and can't sleep if my sheet is popping off.

Do you have to lift the mattress up a lot or flip it over to fit them ?

Another useful thing, if you don't kick the duvet around too much, are magnetic buttons that you put in each corner, out the outside of the duvet and cover that keep the duvet right into the corner, and stop it sliding down in the cover so that you get a pile of duvet at the bottom and just handfuls of cover at the top.

I find I kick the duvet around too much so the eventually come off and I have to search for them, but for some people (or thinner duvets) they are good:

Called Duvet Dotz, or other similar names.

or pinion pins, similar magnetic idea, and actually look better than the ones I had, as they won't come off as easily - maybe I'll try them!
